Abstract
The current research aims to identify the role of human talent management in achieving entrepreneurial goals in university education. The research was applied to a random sample of university teachers, and the questionnaire was used as the main means of collecting data. The research adopted a set of statistical methods, namely factor analysis, correlation, regression, and structural modeling. The research concluded that human talent management plays a key role in achieving entrepreneurial goals, starting from attracting, selecting, and developing appropriate talent to retaining them, enhancing their interaction, and inspiring them to achieve creative and entrepreneurial performance.
