Facebook representations : nomenclatures of life before the law, friendship and death
Abstrak
Facebook, simply called a "social network", has the largest number of members worldwide. Despite such merit, this platform seems not to have been the object of a committed reflection regarding its registration in the governmental and corporate network. Even less has its own governmental practice and dynamics of sanction been addressed and, corroboration of existence and reality that, as a third party and reference, it has begun to occupy and with respect to which it seems to be implanted with increasing force. The present work seeks, in the first instance, to affirm the complexity of the platform and its impossible reduction to entertainment and communication; and secondly, discuss and propose the basic elements of their own governmental practice, emphasizing the importance of the representation it makes of its users in line with the political representation in liberal democracies. To achieve these objectives, thenomenclatures of life that Facebook exercises in the legal field, in the field of friendship and in the field of death.
