Emotional intelligence (EI) is an important factor in effective management, where managers who possess this skill can effectively deal with others, motivate and inspire them, and improve their performance. Emotional intelligence includes the ability to recognize and control emotions and improve personal and professional relationships. Studies indicate that managers who possess emotional intelligence can achieve better results in management, leadership, and achieving desired goals. Managers can improve emotional intelligence through training, learning, and development, and this skill can be improved by working on improving the ability to recognize and control emotions and improving personal and professional relationships.
