Résumé
In this work I have tried to give a description of Basic Income and Negative Income Tax, framing them in the existing income guarantee systems, both in Europe , to see their relevance in the current situation, after Following the lines of a possible application, I have tried to analyze its sufficiency and, theoretically, its equity, in order to have comparative elements between the two.
