Impact Of Servant Leadership On Organizational Excellence : An Analytical Study On A Sample Of Leaders In The Iraqi Ministry Of Justice

Résumé

The research aims to identify the effect of servant leadership on organizational excellence. The study was applied in the Iraqi Ministry of Justice. The study used a questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data and analyzing it by adopting regression analysis and structural modeling. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that servant leadership is an effective leadership style that leads to increased organizational excellence. This is done by focusing on individual development and promoting teamwork, creativity and innovation. The Ministry should work to improve relations between employees, enhance confidence among them, and encourage creativity and innovation.
