The Impact of Strategic Engineering in Achieving Smart Governance Based on Legatum Prosperity Index

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of smart governance on strategic engineering, through the Legatum Prosperity Index as intermediate variables. The study adopted the analytical exploratory approach through a random sample of middle departments in the Ministry of Water Resources, 240 questionnaires were distributed. The software (SPSS) and (Smartpls) (Excel) were used, and a structural model was prepared and its validity was tested, and then it was adopted to test the direct and intermediate hypotheses. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was: There is great importance in employing Legatum indicators for prosperity in supporting the positive impact of strategic engineering in order to achieve smart governance.
