Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between diversity and inclusion and organizational performance. By analyzing empirical data from diverse organizations, we examine how diversity in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, and thought can enhance creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making. The findings will provide evidence-based insights for organizations seeking to leverage diversity to achieve superior results.
