Abstract
The current article is an endeavor to test the relationship and influence between the components of human capital (knowledge, skills, capabilities) and strategic performance in its dimensions (customer satisfaction, growth, creativity) via variables that have been embodied in the study hypotheses, which have been tested by adopting a group of statistical methods in one of the scientific research organizations through circulating a questionnaire form that has been distributed to a sample of department and division managers and specialist researchers in the organization. The study uses descriptive and analytical methods. One of the most important results reached by the study was the existence of a relationship of significance between the components of human capital and the organization's strategic performance. The more the organization tends to develop these components, the greater the opportunity will be available to enhance and develop its strategic performance.
