The Effect Of Strategic Thinking In Achieving Organizational Ambidexterity: An Exploratory Study In The Iraqi Ministry Of Water Resources

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of strategic thinking in enhancing organizational ambidexterity, The research was applied in the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources. The research used a questionnaire to collect data and it was analyzed using regression analysis and structural modeling. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: that there is a positive relationship between strategic thinking and organizational ambidexterity at the overall and dimensional levels. The research recommends working to support the culture of strategic thinking and using it to accomplish tasks and provide the required resources and capabilities.
