Model for the organization of technological management in companies producing goods and services

Abstract

The present work proposes a Model to develop the activity of Technological Management in the Cuban business sector, based on the problems raised in relation to the lack of direction and organization of this activity in the Organizations of Production of Goods and Services (PBS). The subject matter under study is presented as a key strategic factor for organizational development and obtaining sustainable competitive levels in a dynamic and complex environment. From the foregoing, the importance of this research for the sector under study can be deduced.
