Psychological stress is felt by everyone at times. As a person may go through all kinds of stressful situations that can be a part of daily life, low-level stress can be beneficial or motivating, there are many things that can be done to help deal with stressful events, and simple steps that can be taken to deal with feelings Stress, tension or exhaustion. Hence, the research aims to measure the effect of this psychological phenomenon on psychological stress.
