Resumo

It is about analyzing one of Pope Francis' ways of governing from the case of homosexuality, exploring the possible variations of John Langshaw Austin's classic formula about performative statements: "when to say is to do". For example "when to say is not to do" or "to do something other than what is said" or to announce a possible performative, or ... When confronting the sentences with the actions, the limits of the authorized word become visible when it is broadcast in a complex field of power and ancient traditions.
