National Survey on Religious Beliefs and Practices in Mexico. 2016. Mexico: CONACYT, COLEF, COLJAL, CIESAS

Resumo

In 2016the Network of Researchers of the Religious Phenomenon (RIFREM) published the National Survey on Religious Beliefs and Practices in Mexico (ENCREER), which was the result of a collective work within said group. The product is part of a long tradition of quantitative information on the religious phenomenon. In Mexico, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) incorporated the religious variable in the censuses from the beginning, so it has the data, with the flats, accents and problems discussed in various forums, more than a century ago . Not all countries have the privilege of being able to go to such a formidable accumulated database.
