Green Intellectual Capital: A Catalyst for Competitive Advantage

Abstrak

This article investigates the growing significance of green intellectual capital (GIC) in achieving a competitive advantage. It defines GIC as the knowledge, skills, and processes related to environmental sustainability within an organization. The article explores the three key components of GIC: green human capital, encompassing employee knowledge and skills for environmental practices; green structural capital, including patents, designs, and technologies for environmental solutions; and green relational capital, focusing on partnerships and collaborations promoting sustainability. Through in-depth analysis, the article demonstrates the positive impact of GIC on competitive advantage.
