Abstrak

This study examines the issue of the normal duration of sleep differing significantly from one person to another, without it being clear why these differences are necessary. People alleged to have a short sleep pattern (sleeping six hours or less a day) are usually distinguished from people with an average sleep pattern (sleeping between 7-8 hours a day, and those who sleep little) In recent years, evidence has accumulated However, sleeping less and, paradoxically, longer than that associated with an average sleep pattern appears to have negative consequences for various people. The present work analyzes the effect of sleep pattern (short, medium and long) on sleep quality (high, medium and low) and the potential interaction between both factors on anxiety and depressed mood.
