Abstrak
Historically, European integration has always advanced in times of global crises because they confront states with their inability to deal with them by their own. Crises call for common solutions and the Covid-19 pandemic does not derogate from this mechanism.
Thus, although the European Union has been slow to coordinate the policies of its members, the relevance of common resources and instruments has not been questioned.
