Review :Impact of Knowledge Management on company performance: from the Technology Parks of the Basque Country

The book aims to resolve three facts. The first is related to the literature that develops the theoretical contributions that the different authors have shown over the years. Its review allows us to observe that what is derived from empirical work has not reached sufficient depth to fully demonstrate the effect of resources and capabilities on company performance. The study aims to examine the influence of an intangible element such as knowledge on the performance of companies in the selected territorial space, which we continue to maintain as a reference. The second is caused by the scarcity of information on the operation of companies located in technology parks. Mention has been made of the importance of the parks and their effect on the economy of the Basque Country, but little or nothing is said about the nature of the companies that constitute them, the way they manage their intangible assets and their impact on their performance. The third is due to the relevance that has been given to the value of intangibles in business management, and its effect on the whole of this type of organization.
