Organizational diagnosis and its impact on organizational sustainability through strategic flexibility

Résumé

The current study aims to analyze the organizational sustainability of the Babil Governorate court through its dimensions (economic sustainability, social sustainability, and environmental sustainability) and to present some proposals that help the researched organization to take advantage of those dimensions, as well as to identify the reality of the strategic flexibility in the researched organization. And define the relationship between organizational diagnosis and organizational sustainability, mediating strategic flexibility, A scale was designed consisting of (51) items distributed on three axes, and (300) questionnaires were distributed, of which (290) were retrieved for statistical analysis, i.e., with a retrieval rate of (96.6%), and the descriptive approach was used. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that adopting strategic flexibility contributes positively to the relationship between organizational diagnosis and organizational sustainability.
