Facilitates and pitfalls of remote communication: lessons from containment

communication through digital tools, which began with the mobile phone, exploded during confinement, both in education, family and friendships, and the professional world. But many have urgently used tools which they did not control the use, with drifts from the point of view of the protection of personal data, the invasion of the intimate sphere by the professional sphere and a feeling of loneliness aggravated by videoconferences that do not allow aside. Indeed, the human being communicates as much with the body and the look as with the voice. However, distance communication masks the bodies and does not allow the gaze to meet. This results in multiple misunderstandings which worsen the feeling of loneliness, even persecution. This is why, if long-distance relationships could have been very useful during confinement
