The narcoculture : power, reality, iconography and "myth"

Resumen

The social phenomenon of the "narco" as a historical phenomenon, experienced, seen and above all lived by a population, particularly Sinaloa, is the fundamental plot that is woven in this essay, in which the peculiarities of the deed, the course, stand out. , the growth and strengthening of what we call "narcoculture". From the "young" years of the cultivation of drugs in the "mother" territory of illicit drugs in Mexico, the cultural and ideological configurations around what is today such a powerful criminal activity would begin to be forged and expanded, which has in check not only to the government, but to society and institutions. This is a journey about the reality, the effervescence and the sociocultural "myth" of drug trafficking.
