Abstract
This study examines the role of artificial intelligence in meeting the requirements of organizational agility in banks. It draws on the views of 71 specialists and academics. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection instrument, and structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the relationships between the study variables.
The study concludes that the use of artificial intelligence can enhance banks’ ability to respond quickly to change, streamline work processes, and make more flexible decisions. These capabilities are central to organizational agility. The study recommends strengthening banks’ technological infrastructure and training employees to use artificial intelligence applications.
