Abstract
This study examines the psychological effects of art therapy on individuals who have experienced trauma. Through case studies and qualitative interviews, we analyze the therapeutic benefits of creative expression in healing processes. The findings reveal significant improvements in emotional well-being and coping mechanisms among participants. Recommendations for integrating art therapy into mental health treatment programs are discussed to support trauma recovery.
