Abstract
This study investigates the influence of remote work on employee productivity across different countries. By analyzing survey data from over 1,000 employees in sectors such as technology, education, and healthcare, we identify key factors that enhance or hinder productivity. The findings reveal that flexibility in working hours, access to digital tools, and effective communication strategies significantly contribute to improved performance. However, challenges such as isolation and work-life balance issues are prevalent. Recommendations are provided for organizations to optimize remote work arrangements while maintaining employee well-being.
