Evaluating the Effectiveness of Quality Management Systems in Public Education in Vietnam

Abstract

This paper assesses the impact of quality management systems (QMS) on educational outcomes in public schools in Vietnam. Through surveys of school administrators and analysis of student performance data, the study evaluates how QMS adoption affects teaching quality, student satisfaction, and institutional accountability. Results indicate improvements in operational processes and stakeholder engagement, but highlight the need for ongoing training and resources. The research offers guidance for scaling QMS across the education sector to support national development goals
