The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted disparities in access to digital education. This article examines how the digital divide exacerbates educational inequality, focusing on rural and low-income populations. Using case studies from multiple countries, the research identifies key barriers, such as lack of infrastructure and digital literacy, while recommending policy interventions to bridge these gaps.
