Abstract
The study aims to build a structural model to determine the relationship between strategic planning and the quality of health services. The study tool was represented by the questionnaire to obtain data by distributing (230) questionnaires directly to the respondents represented by doctors and pharmacists. After collecting the data, the response rate was 89.3%.This study used the statistical methods (SPSS V.24 AMOS V.22 and SmartPlus), to obtain results that determine the type of relationship between the study variables, analyze hypotheses and reach conclusions. One of the most important conclusions was that there is a positive impact of strategic planning through a clear vision, specific goals, and the appropriate strategic choice in improving the quality of health services.
